A division of the North Carolina Psychoanalytic Society

Established in 1993, the Psychoanalytic Psychotherapy Study Center of North Carolina has a strong tradition of providing training in the theory and practice of psychoanalytic psychotherapy.
Building on that tradition, the Psychoanalytic Psychotherapy Study Center joined with the Psychoanalytic Institute of the Carolinas to form:

Psychoanalytic Education Center of the Carolinas
Training programs in psychoanalytic psychotherapy & psychoanalysis
Courses for mental health professionals, academics & graduate students
Clinical supervision for clinicians from beginning through advanced levels
